AMM Simulator 10
AMM Price Impact Simulator
🧾 Explanation of Each Result
🪙 XRP Sold to Reach $2.15
This value shows the estimated number of XRP tokens that were purchased from the liquidity pool to raise the price from its initial level (e.g. $0.10) up to $2.15, using an AMM (Automated Market Maker) model.
Because AMMs use a constant product formula (x * y = k
), prices rise non-linearly. This means each subsequent XRP becomes more expensive to buy than the last, and it takes a significant amount of buying activity to drive the price higher.
✅ 📊 Percentage of XRP Reserve Sold
Percentage of XRP Reserve Sold
This shows what portion of the original XRP token reserve was sold to raise the price to $2.15.
Formula:
Percentage Sold = (XRP Sold ÷ Initial XRP Reserve) × 100
A higher percentage means a large amount of liquidity was removed from the pool, simulating a strong supply shock. This is important in AMM models where price rises as token supply decreases.
✅ 💵 Estimated USD Invested
Estimated USD Invested
This is the estimated amount of USD spent by buyers to push the XRP price from its initial level (e.g. $0.10) to the target price of $2.15.
Formula:
USD Invested ≈ XRP Sold × ((Initial Price + Target Price) ÷ 2)
Because AMMs raise prices non-linearly, this uses the average price between the start and target for a rough estimate. The actual value depends on the exact curve, but this gives a realistic approximation for capital needed.
🏦 Final XRP Reserve
This shows how many XRP tokens are left in the pool after the buying activity that pushed the price up to $2.15. As tokens are bought, they are removed from the pool, and this figure reflects the remaining balance that sustains the new price level under AMM mechanics.
💰 Final USD Reserve
This is the amount of USD now held in the liquidity pool after the price increase to $2.15. It increases as buyers deposit USD to acquire tokens, and together with the remaining XRP tokens, maintains the balance required by the AMM constant product formula.
Important: this is not the same as the total USD spent — it’s what remains in the pool after purchases.
✅ 📈 Market Cap at $2.15
Market Cap at $2.15
This represents the estimated market capitalization of XRP if its price reaches $2.15.
Formula:
Market Cap = Circulating Supply × Target Price
This gives you an idea of the total value of all XRP currently in circulation at that price level. It’s a common metric used to evaluate a project’s scale and perceived value in the market. A higher market cap often signals maturity or strong demand, while a lower cap may indicate early-stage growth or undervaluation.
